I’m a certified dating and relationship coach, personal trainer, and vegan nutritionist.
For more than a decade, I’ve worked with men who were tired of feeling stuck and ready to step into a stronger version of themselves.

Before coaching, I served in the special forces as a paratrooper.
That experience shaped everything I teach today.

Over the years, I’ve helped countless men rebuild their confidence, improve their bodies, and completely change how they show up in relationships.
Many came to me frustrated, doubting themselves, or carrying baggage from the past. What they needed wasn’t luck. It was direction, structure, and someone who wouldn’t let them stay small.
